Learn more about what's happening in Burma: US Campaign for Burma. In June 2004, Jeremy Woodrum, head of USCB, generously guided a small group (including Todd, Ani DiFranco, Damien Rice, and other musicians and activists) to Mae Sot, Thailand, center of much of the refugee travel out of Burma.  Photos here.  They got an 8-day education about the situation there, hearing directly from political prisoners, refugees, child soldiers, and aid workers about the horrifying human rights abuses and widespread atrocities being commited by Burma's brutal military regime.  It continues today.  Please visit the USCB website for a wealth of information, and spread the word about their benefit CD, "For the Lady" (dedicated to Aung San Suu Kyi), which was released in 2004.  Aung San Suu Kyi remains the world's only imprisoned Nobel Peace Prize recipient.  Damien Rice wrote this amazing song
